Concerning your last image I think the real name is "Tokyo Mater" (maybe with flame, it depends of xhat we can see to the rear of the vehicle)!

I do not think we can refer to the website Cars The Toys to have real name because they named the Tokyo pitties "Samurai Pitties" instead of "Teki & Paki"

So I do not think it could be "Tuner Mater" ! (sorry Schumi)
